Bishop reviewed Jesus Christ’s trip to Calvary. Scriptures included Mark 11:1-11 and Hebrews 12:2-3. Bishop began by saying that Jesus’ coming was for a reason. Calvary celebrates the life of Bishop #Wagner

Final services for the Honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner, from the Calvary Ministries International website:

Monday, Feb. 8 – “Celebration of a worshiper”

There will be a musical celebration featuring several gospel artists beginning at 7 p.m.,  at Calvary Ministries International, 1812 Oak Hill Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, 44507.

Tuesday, Feb. 9  – “Celebration of a shepherd, statesman”

The viewing will be held from 12-6 p.m. in the sanctuary of Calvary Ministries International. Services begin at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 10 – “Celebration of a king among princes”

This viewing will last from 9-11 a.m. at the Covelli Convocation Center, 229 E. Front Street downtown Youngstown, Ohio, 44503. A home-going service begins at 11 a.m. The presiding bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Dr. Horace Smith, will be the eulogist. The interment will be held at the Green Haven Lawn Cemetery.

Let’s continue to hold First Lady Rita Wagner, Christian & Camille (Kent) and granddaughter, British, and the Calvary Ministries International family, friends and loved ones in prayer. May the joy of the Lord be their strength, and may God bless and comfort them at this time.

Update on Sunday, Feb. 7: In response to an outpouring of support the “Celebration of a worshiper” has been moved to the Victory Christian Center, located at 3899 McCartney Road, Coitsville, Ohio, 44436. The Tuesday viewing is now from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., and the “Celebration of a shepherd, statesman” will be held at the Covelli Centre (address noted above).
